Firms offer IT support

TWO Staffordshire businesses have helped more than 500 BlackBerry users solve technical support problems.

Shelton-based ARC IT joined forces with Newcastle firm The Consultancy Group in 2005 to advise on software installation, configuration and support.

ARC has fielded inquiries from the UK and as far afield as Australia.

ARC IT director Andy Rafferty said: "We provide help to companies all over the world with the most complicated problems to arise from using a BlackBerry."
